College Is Bullsh*t — Here's What Actually Works

Hey Colleagues,

Let’s just call it like it is:

College is bullshit.

Yeah, I said it.

Bloated. Overpriced. Overhyped. Obsolete.

And employers are catching on. Companies like Google, IBM, Apple, Tesla, and Amazon? They’re done requiring degrees. They want skills—not stamped paper.

The old formula—go to school, get a job, work 40 years, then retire—died a while ago. Now it’s: Go into debt. Get underpaid. Never retire.

Unless you’re going into STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math), law, or medicine, there’s a damn good chance college is just one expensive, time-consuming party. And when it’s over? You’re broke, and you're just getting started on real experience.

Here at Myford University, I’m showing a different path.

Not just learning. Applied learning. Real-world skills. No fluff, no filler, no four-year fantasy.

And I know what I’m talking about—I have three degrees (design, finance, and marketing), and if I had to do it again?

I wouldn’t.

Because in the past two or three years of self-education—YouTube, books, certifications, ChatGPT, trial and error—I’ve learned more than I ever did in school. And I use it. Daily.

That’s what I’m sharing with you.

I launched Myford University to give you MBA-level thinking (without the debt), and a “PhD” in what matters—Poor, Hungry, Driven.

It doesn’t matter if you’re a tradesperson, entrepreneur, or corporate manager—you can upskill fast and apply it instantly.

In this week's blog post, I break it all down:

✅ Which companies no longer care about degrees
✅ The real reason tuition is skyrocketing
✅ How I’d replace a bachelor's, MBA, or PhD in months (or even hours)
✅ What actually works today if you want to learn and succeed
✅ A shoutout to Mike Rowe, the trades, and a welding student making $70K part-time

Quote of the Week:
"If you always do what you’ve always done, you’ll always get what you’ve always got." – Henry Ford

Thanks for reading. If you’re ready to challenge the status quo and actually get smarter, faster, and more effective—you’re in the right place.

No tuition.
No debt.
Just skills. Applied. Fast.

See you next time.

P.S. If this hit home, forward it to someone stuck in student loan hell or thinking about dropping $200K+ on a degree they’ll never use.
